이밖에 복지부는 희귀·중증 난치 질병자의 의료비 부담을 낮춰주는 ‘산정 특례 대상 질병을 내년 8월부터 중증 화농성 한선염, 무홍채증 등 31개 더 추가하기로 했습니다. 기존 산정 특례 대상인 중증 보통 건선의 경우 약물치료, 광선치유 중 6가지 이상 선택해 8개월의 전신치유 후 중증도를 확인하여 등록할 수 있게 기준을 개선했습니다. 위원회는 또 ‘자문형 호스피스 수가 시범사업과 ‘연명의료확정 수가 시범산업을 정규 산업으로 전환하기로 했습니다.
