박00씨는 전년 4월 18일 통영 한 거리에서 20대 피해자가 작업대출을 위해 박00씨의 동생에게 소액결제를 하게 하는 등 약 860만 원에 이르는 빚을 생성시키자 박00씨와 다같이 돈을 받기 위해 주먹 등으로 수차례 폭행한 혐의 등으로 기소됐다.
