site access blocked

I keep getting that 'site access blocked' message when I try to visit a forum where I used to post daily. It says the address is unreachable, which is frustrating because I had photos there I wanted to save. I tried different browsers and even turned off the VPN, but it still won't load. Guess that community is gone now.
